When you can’t sleep, can’t settle, or can’t make sense of it all… you don’t need to push through.
You need support that sees the whole you.

Evidence-based therapy and sleep solutions for parents, by someone who’s been there.
Offering CBT-I, psychotherapy, and Internal Family Systems therapy.

You’re exhausted – but not just from the sleepless nights.
Maybe it’s the mental load. The big emotions. The endless second-guessing.
Maybe it’s postpartum anxiety that just won’t ease up.
Maybe your baby is finally sleeping – and you’re still wide awake.

You don’t have to figure it out alone. I offer therapeutic support grounded in lived experience, clinical training, and real results.

Conditions and concerns I work with include:

  • Insomnia and sleep anxiety

  • Postpartum mental health

  • Burnout and overwhelm

  • Life transitions

  • Generalized anxiety and depression

  • Parenting support and identity shifts

  • Grief, loss, and relationship changes

STEP 3

Start the Work, Together

Feel supported, safe, and seen as we walk this healing path at your pace.

I’ve sat where you’re sitting.

In 2018, I was a mother of two, facing panic attacks that stopped me in my tracks. I tried what had always worked before – until it didn’t. That’s when I finally sought therapy and began the work that changed my life.

Now, I’m here to offer that same support to you. As a Registered Social Worker and psychotherapist in private practice, I combine Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I), traditional Talk therapy, Acceptance and Commitment (ACT) and Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy to help you find peace, clarity, and rest.

This work is gentle, evidence-based, and tailored to what you need most.
And yes – it’s okay if you don’t know what that is yet.

Not ready yet?

That’s okay. Healing starts with small steps.
